Based on your health requirements, the daily cost for your accommodation, consultations, medications, diet food and therapies may range from US$90 to US$160 per day. Your physician will determine your dietary needs, medicines and treatments based on your health condition. Within 7 days of your arrival, we will provide you with a cost estimate.
The treatment cost also covers access to morning and evening prayers, daily satsangs/discussions, yoganidra sessions, cooking classes, weekly community dinners, and other similar programs that may be organized from time to time.
Please note that this estimate does not include additional expenses such as laundry, telephone, internet, airport transfers, take-home medications, and miscellaneous charges. These incidental expenses will be billed separately based on actual usage.
The price variation is due to the specific treatments, medications and oils utilised for each patient, tailored to their individual needs. Our extensive range of options includes over 400 different herbs, more than 100 medicated oils, and 50 types of on-body treatments. It is important to note that there is a significant price difference between these oils, herbs, and treatments we offer.
Payments
The payment policy is as follows -
You can confirm your treatment at vaidyagrama by paying USD 1000 as advance. This amount may be paid either through PayPal or Stripe (actual fees extra) when we raise an invoice, and Wise or bank transfer with https://www.vaidyagrama.com/payment.html (actual fees extra) - only on receipt of your payment, is the treatment course confirmed.
On arrival in vaidyagrama you can pay the balance amount for the entire duration upfront - within the first week of arrival
This amount may be paid either in currency (INR, USD, Euro, AUD or GBP along with passport copy) or through credit card (VISA or Master). Cheque payments are not accepted.
An international patient can preferably pay in USD; to avoid any misunderstandings over foreign exchange conversion rates.
Our preferred mode of acceptance of payments is through credit card (VISA or MASTER), Paypal, cash or bank transfer. We do request that you use one of these modes to make all your payments.
If you choose to do a bank transfer, please initiate the process before you come to vaidyagrama to ensure that the full amount towards your stay here is received in the vaidyagrama bank account before your treatment commences. Please note that there are sometimes excessive delays in bank transfers for which we cannot be held responsible. You will need to receive confirmation from us that we have received the amount in our bank account before the treatment program commences.
Any fees incurred with regard to any non-currency payment will be extra at actuals.
At the time of discharge, the final bill and settlement will be done. Any amount towards take-home medicines and other miscellaneous expenses can be settled then.
Any amount towards incidentals should be settled on a weekly basis.
