Dr Sajna hails from the town of Ayurveda - Kottakkal in Kerala. After completing her graduation in Ayurveda Medicine from Coimbatore Ayurveda College (Dr. M G R University) in Tamilnadu in 2012, She underwent training for joints and vital points (Asthi, Marma Chikitsa) for a year from eminent Vaidyas Dr.Sreevaths and Dr. Arathi.

She also completed her Post-graduate course in Yoga and Naturopathy, from Tamilnadu Sports & Physical Education University, Chennai. 

Her strengths are leadership & communication skills, & she is organised and conscientious works compassionately in vaidyagrama healing team since 2014.
