0830: Rounding with the Medical Directors. This is an observation-only session, unless the MDs have time, they might share their insights with you.
1030: Discussion with Medical officers. This is where you get deeper information on the daily rounds, details on the patient, samprapti and therapies.
1130: Case discussion with other interns who see different patients.
1300: Lunch
1400: A few from - Assignment, Satsang, Bhaishajyakalpana, Garden tour, Ayurveda kitchen, and Special Ayurveda classes on request (Women's health, Gut health, and so on). Satsang is a discourse with Q&A with our doctors including the Managing director.
Daily Rounds: With a Medical Director and two Senior Doctors on a rotation basis
Theory class: 90 minutes every day - please nominate your topic
Option to join/participate/perform/experience:
Mantra bathing: 6.15 am and 6.15 pm for 45-60 minutes
Satsang: Option to attend at least 3 Satsangs per day
Group lunch: Every Wednesday
Go-puja (Cow worship): Every Friday at 4.30 pm
Karmayoga: Option for at least 6 hours per week
Working with intake form for MO's assessment: Up to 2 per week
Working with follow-up form for MO's assessment: Up to 3 per day
Class with a Senior Doctor/Director: At least 2 hours per week
Experiencing dinacharya: Four times in a month

Dinacharya kit: one kit per person
A set of two white pyjama kurta, dhoti or Kerala saree
Classical Ayurveda text with English translation: One book
Consultations: Initial with a follow-up sessions from a senior doctor
Any prescription medicines: at 15% discount
