Over a decade ago, in the serene landscapes of Kerala, Dr. Subhalakshmi embarked on a journey of healing and learning that would shape her career in Ayurveda.
Born with a passion for holistic wellness, Dr. Subhalakshmi's quest began at Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, where she honed her skills and nurtured her curiosity. During her Rotatory Internship, she delved into the intricacies of Pancha Karmas, Agnikarma, Ksharakarma, and more, under the guidance of seasoned practitioners.
Her thirst for knowledge led her to National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma, where she explored the depths of traditional healing methods. It was here that she witnessed the profound impact of ancient therapies on modern ailments.
Eager to expand her horizons, Dr. Subhalakshmi ventured into rural postings, immersing herself in the heart of Ayurvedic practice. In Govt. Ayurveda Hospital, Kidangoor, and Govt. Ayurveda Dispensary, Ayarkunnam, she witnessed the transformative power of Ayurveda in local communities.
Armed with experience and a thirst for innovation, Dr. Subhalakshmi joined Kalarickal Ayurveda Hospital as a Resident Medical Officer. Here, she delved into the realms of physiotherapy, special case documentation, and diagnostic investigations, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors.
The turning point in Dr. Subhalakshmi's journey came when she joined Vaidyagrama Ayurveda Healing Village in Coimbatore as a Medical Officer. Here, she not only practiced ancient therapies but also embraced modern platforms like Facebook Live to share her knowledge with the world.
Driven by a passion for art and expression, Dr. Subhalakshmi delved into the world of Sand art, using her creativity to convey messages of healing and harmony.
Her dedication and expertise were recognized when she secured the Second rank with First class in the Final year examination, a testament to her commitment to excellence.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Subhalakshmi's interests extend to cultural and academic pursuits. She has actively participated in Global Ayurveda Festivals, National Seminars, and educational trips, enriching her understanding of Ayurveda's vast tapestry.
Fluent in languages like Malayalam, English, and Tamil, Dr. Subhalakshmi bridges cultural divides, ensuring that the wisdom of Ayurveda transcends boundaries.
