Dr. Anupama K. completed her BAMS graduation in Ayurveda College, Dr MGR University - Coimbatore in 2009. She practised as a Medical Officer in Amrutha Ayurveda Clinic. She was Consultant Vaidya in Kottakkal Ayurveda Clinic and Pharmacy, as well as AVP Pharmacy in Kerala.

She has trained in Women's Health with AMAI Vanitha Clinic. She has a Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Sivananda Ashram. 

With her passion for this ancient healing system, she has worked with all Medical Directors in vaidyagrama from the year 2014.
