Wow! Our journey has just started. It’s been wonderful. The day I reached here was exciting, as that day passed I felt multiple thoughts in mind. On the fourth day life bloomed & I started moving out from this place. On the 5th day we started enjoying our journey. I had come here for 21 days. I really want to come back for service.
I want to support Vaidyagrama team and what they call as family. Definitely one day I will be part of this family, not as a patient but as a volunteer. I am an architect and I practice mud construction. I believe mud breathes here, stone breathes, plants talk everywhere. Air is blue with fresh intention.
Let Siva and Narayana keep all working here & their families happy and healthy. Bless you for long life with joy. Thanks Dr. Vinod Sir and great thanks to Dr. Prameela. She was like mother to us.

I arrived exhausted and almost unable to walk. 4 weeks later I feel ready to cope with anything life must throw at me. I am looking forward now to a busy exciting future. Everyone at Vaidyagrama have been so kind and helpful to me. My doctors filled me with confidence and inspired me to keep trying to the last moment before I left. My therapists were brilliant, so thoughtful and kind. I felt so peaceful here almost as if I was the only person who mattered. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for giving me so much. You are all inspirational.

Dear Team, Thank you to the entire team for the care, calm & genuine kindness you create every day. This is my second time here (after Nov 1, 2024) and once again, I leave feeling there is a real “Before” and “After”. It’s a protected place – A space where healing, trust and balance is gently restored. Every smile, every moment of attention, every quiet gesture makes a difference.
What you offer goes far beyond treatment; It stays with us long after we leave. To the entire team (gardeners, helpers, receptionists, medical staff, doctors ……) Please know how deeply your work matters. Thank you for starting my year with such grace, humanity and heart.
P.S. As usual Dr Rose Rocks...

Dear Doctors & the entire staff of VG,
As always, I have had an outstanding visit here. This is my fourth stay here; first stay was in January 2015. The place has grown so much, yet still retains the same level of care. I love seeing the success of this place and meeting up with folks from previous visits. I always speak of this place with the greatest respect and gratitude. VG has helped renew this body over and over. Also, the mind is always calmer and my spirit joyful when I leave.
May you all be blessed beyond measure as you continue your good work here at VG.
Om Shanti! Shanti Shanti!

It is our first visit to Vaidyagrama, and hopefully many more will follow. It all happened thanks to two of our friends who insisted that if we were to go to an Ayurvedic Wellness Center, it had to be Vaidyagrama, and thanks to Aparna ji for accommodating us well in the last minute.
Vaidyagrama is a perfect symbiosis of spirituality, Nature, Ayurvedic healing, hospitality, happiness, kindness, service with a smile, and friendship with the people around. It is the holistic experience here which makes it a perfect place for rejuvenating, reflecting and learning about our own body and mind.
Our sincere thanks to Dr. Vinod ji and Dr. Sreeji for treating us with their love, knowledge and wisdom.
We also owe thanks to all the support staff, including the therapists, who made our stay so comfortable, friendly and enjoyable. Everyone always had a smile on his/her face.
Our morning experience at the prayer hall and at the temple for different homams was just the right way to start a peaceful, fulfilling day. Our gratitude to Shri Namboodiri ji and Rajnesh Vyas ji.
And lastly, Geetha ji, with her indomitable spirit and ever-smiling face, shared with us the future plans for Vaidyagrama and the good work it is doing for society while remaining in touch with Mother Nature.
And finally, to Ramkumar ji and all the Medical Directors, our sincere thanks and best wishes.

Wow! Super moon, poojas, massage, satsangs, prayers, healthy food and more— I’m from Alaska and spend a lot of time in Nature. We have clean air and clean water. I’m 81 years young and arrived with a lot of arthritis pain, neuropathy, knee injury and low energy. Now no pain — lots of energy & knee is healing. A foot massage every night has helped my neuropathy. Doctors are so kind and knowledgeable — therapists also kind and caring. Housekeeper brings me flowers and a smile each day.
Thank you for five amazing weeks.

Dear Vaidyagrama family,
This is my 3rd visit here and my first one with my daughter, and as always it is a place of love, genuine care and great treatments. I love the integrity and passion with which everything is done here for patients and a holistic approach towards Nature and health, both physical and psychological.
I also love the food for the soul that I get here through Satsangs.
Thank you to my incredible team of therapists — Prema, Darshana and many others — and Dr. Suruchi and Dr. Kavya.
Dr. Ramadas, it’s always so healing to meet you and be under your care. Dr. Suruchi has been such a support along with you, and thank you to Dr. Ramkumar, Sujatha ji, Geetha ji and Aparna ji, Athira ji for their love. It keeps me connected to VG in more ways than treatment.
Thank you! Lots of love,

Dear Vaidyagrama Family,
This was my first time coming here with my mom and I am so grateful to have found this place. I love the atmosphere and calm energy everyone has, the Nature, the simple food made lovingly, and all the spiritual energy here.
It has been so amazing to start the New Year here and I feel so loved and cared for. Thank you to my therapists — Karthika, Adityabala and others, along with Dr. Suruchi, Dr Kavya. Dr. Ramadas and Dr. Ramkumar offered me so much wisdom that I will carry forward with me this upcoming year and I am grateful to them and the entire team for creating a place full of so much love and healing.
I’m lucky to have found this place at 25, and hope to come back many times over the years.
Thank you so much. Lots of love,

Dear All,
This is our first Ayurveda experience, and we thank you all for your loving care you wrapped us in during these 21 days.
We felt very comfortable in this environment, and we loved our room. The combination of spirituality & healing practices, we find very appropriate.
We go home inspired and with a suitcase full of medication 😊 Our symptoms calmed down; our mind received a welcome rest. Slowing down for this time was a true gift & pleasure.
Concerning the morning prayer, I would love to see a little bit in development for those who are not so familiar with your culture.
A nice blend of chants, we could all learn & repeat & a bit of Pranayama would be very soothing, including a 5 min silence or suggested meditation practice. I missed a gentle yoga practice – I already thought/practised yoga.
I would also like therapists to work a bit less. How many days off do they have?
From Germany, wishing you continuous success in your wonderful tradition of healing.

Dear Vaidyagrama Family,
Thank you for an overall lovely, interesting experience over the last 20 days. I arrived with my dreams clogged and unclear; from my first night sleeping inside the entire conscious space, my dreams opened.
My physical ailment has not vanished as I had hoped upon my arrival, but I feel well at heart as I leave. Thankful for the daily warm smiles from the staff, birds, trees, ants and even geckos!
Lovely to smell the cones (really soothing) and to receive the cleansing smoke in the late afternoon, with the warm smiles from the cleaning staff.
Blessings to each one of you… the priests, the women cleaning the prayer rooms, people growing the food, the gardeners, the doctors, the therapists, admin team, the managers who were so kind, and Dr. Ram Anand who went out of his way to help on several occasions.
♡ Much love and appreciation. Thank you to the cows, the wind, the poojas, the continuous recharging of spirit.

Thank you to all the doctors (Dr. Ramadas, Dr. Suruchi, Dr. Megha, Dr. Renjisha, Dr. Mojin), the therapists, kitchen staff, laundry staff, as well as the people at the front office and reception, especially Aparna ji, for making my stay at Vaidyagrama comfortable.
A special cake was organized for me as I had celebrated my birthday during the 21 days I was here. That really made my day, and I was able to eat something sweet! It was a memorable birthday!
The therapists Kartika, Prema and Darshana as well as others took great care of me during the treatment. They were prompt in providing me with medicines and other things that supplemented my health. I appreciated it.
It was great to be in Nature and wake up to the sounds of the birds and animals. Truly a blissful experience!
Most importantly, I was able to achieve what I came here for — detoxification. Not only of the body but also the mind. I am feeling fresh and light with some inch and weight loss.
The food, even though simple, was delicious. I could feel/sense the love and care in which it was made. We did get bottle gourd every day for lunch, dinner and even breakfast at times, but the way in which it was prepared made it edible and lovely to eat.
The accommodation was great — top class. The rooms were kept neat and tidy. Cleaning was done every day and bedsheets were changed regularly. I even got a mosquito net put which was good since I am prone to mosquito bites and the housekeeping staff was happy to do it for me every day before bed.
Being at Vaidyagrama felt like home! It was a blissful experience overall. I loved the availability of the library too.
However, I have some suggestions:
Thank you once again to everyone! Hope to come again!
Best wishes & regards,

THANK YOU, Team Vaidyagrama and Team Dr Ramanandan, for taking good care of me and guiding me in the entire healing process.
I am feeling a greater sense of gratitude for the hospitality and kindness showered on me by one and all. I felt very safe under the care of Dr Ramanandan who has been very positive and confident about his assessment and treatment even from my first online consultation.
Thank you, Drs. I got motherly care from Dr Mojin, Dr Suruchi, Dr Renjisha and Dr Kavya during my entire treatment. Thank you.
The therapists are very dedicated, caring and always carry a genuine smile on their faces. Thank you, Aneesh, Midhun, Libin and Ratheesh, for your treatment & care.
I wondered how the food and medicines were delivered always on time with precision from 6 am to evening 5 pm. Such efficient and caring people and always with energy and enthusiasm. Thank you for taking care of my health Adityabala, Bindu, Chithra, Darshana and Aparna — you are awesome people!
Everyone from the gardener to housekeeping to administration to reception staff made me feel at home during the entire stay. Thank you!
Last but not least — the daily prayers by Dr Ramadas, Dr Om Prakash, Meditation & Satsang time with Dr Ramkumar and other doctors filled my mind with calmness & clarity.
Now to do justice to all your hard work and caring I promise that I will follow healthy practices.
One suggestion: Can you change the pseudo music being played for relaxation instead of just some music getting bored! 🙂
THANK YOU. SALUTATIONS.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Ramanandan, Dr. Reuben, and Dr. Anagha for treating us. Our thanks also to all the staff who are very kind, helpful and professional—always patient, smiling and impressively hardworking.
This is our first visit to Vaidyagrama for a 21-day treatment. We are very positively impressed and hope/plan/expect to come once a year.
We submit a few suggestions and requests for improvement:
Handrails on the south side steps of Dhanwantari Temple and the south-west side steps of Vaidyesvaram.
Talk to Airtel and Jio and find a way to improve the cell phone signal. In this day and age, nothing can work without Wi-Fi and cell signal. We can’t even transfer payment to Vaidyagrama.
Event board in Cluster 5 not regularly updated.
Once again, sincere wholehearted thanks to everyone.

Thank you Vaidyagrama for bringing so much healing to the world. I had no idea before I came, how encompassing Vaidyagrama was, or how nurturing my visit would be.
Everyone was so gentle, healing, positive, wise and accepting. Special thanks to those that attended me most — Dr Ramadas, Dr Renjisha, gentle therapists Kavitha and Prema, and Dr. Ramkumar for his profound Satsangs.
Thank you Dr Ramadas, for sending Sanjeev to talk to me about cattle. So amazing what you are doing. Thank you to all the trees and birds that created an amazing sound field.
To the housekeepers, for the shining floors, long sweeping brooms and constant state of prayer.
Only India could have birthed such a place as this. I hope to see you again.

I am glad to have made the decision to visit VG. I had heard about the treatments from friends who came here in the past.
For someone who did not have much idea about Ayurveda and Panchakarma, this visit has helped me a lot in understanding the basics and appreciating the caregivers.
The entire team, starting with Dr. Vinod, Dr. Anagha, Dr. Rahul and Dr. Vineesh, made me feel at ease from day 1 till the last day. The staff in the treatment room have been amazing—extremely caring. Thanks a lot to the staff in the kitchen as well.
This has been a unique experience for sure and an extremely well-maintained facility. Wishing the very best for VG.

To the lovely world of Vaidyagrama:
I face today, the day I leave to return to “home” in the Chicago area in the U.S., with very mixed emotions. I arrived at Vaidyagrama on December 30, for a 2-week panchakarma. Have I only been here 2 weeks? Simultaneously, I feel like I only just arrived here. So much of my perspective of the world and daily life and habits have changed irrevocably. I opted to try this “experiment” of Panchakarma to see what it would feel like to give my body space, space to just be fully present, without holding allegiance to the never-ending to-do list that comes with my life of late.
I haven’t experienced space in my life like this for several decades. That’s what I mean by “experiment”: I wholeheartedly understand (though still have tons to learn) the merits of ayurveda and panchakarma; what I did not have any clue of was how I would handle stepping away from my world for 2 weeks and prioritizing myself. That was the experiment and great mystery to me.
I came here with a body I’ve been pushing hard for several years, coming out of a manic episode this last year, skipping meals, with a hypervigilant nervous system. These last two weeks → to be looked after as a worthy, beautiful human being, accepted fully for who I am, for this soul that occupies This body, with toenails in danger of cutting my therapists (no cutting nails or hair during PK!) and chin hairs galore → NONE of that mattered here, except being human and cared for.
I have been touched more, as a mum tends to their child, than I have ever been touched during my two weeks here. Openly, without shame or embarrassment, and to be that open w/ other, to feel truly everyone had my best interests in mind → that, in and of itself, was worth the price of admission to this beautiful eco-friendly microcosm.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart to my doctors (Dr. Ramadas, Dr. Alphonse, as well as Dr. Mojin, Dr. Hima), to my phenomenal therapists (Prince, Sidhu), to the housekeepers who attended to every aspect of my room with such kindness and consideration. Thank you, Dr. Ramkumar for your Satsangs, and for establishing this place. Thank you to all the doctors leading informational sessions.
My treatment was exactly what I needed. I am already planning a return trip for summer 2028 where I can take Dr. Ramkumar’s advice and have as much rest time here as I have panchakarma. Two weeks’ time for this trip was too short; however, it will have far-reaching positive effects to how I show up in my world.
In the meantime, as I go through my days in the western world, I will smile often and my heart feel warmed, remembering and knowing that this beautiful, perfect world of Vaidyagrama exists. I may be going “home” today, but I also feel like I am leaving home.
I am so very grateful and feeling so fortunate and lucky to have been able to be here and be part of Vaidyagrama family for 2 weeks, with immersion and connection. I am so very grateful and feeling so fortunate and lucky to have been able to be here and be part of Vaidyagrama family for 2 weeks.

Vaidyagrama is truly a sukha bhumi supporting healing, health and happiness. This is how the traditional indigenous science and art of Ayurveda should be practiced.
I have been at many places, but none has embodied the fullness of Ayurveda chikitsa as it does here. The dharma is truly embodied in all, serving with such grace.
May you all continue and may all benefit from this beautiful river of love.

Our 15-day stay at Vaidyagrama Ayurvedic Healing Centre has been a truly meaningful and healing experience, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you.
The doctors were extremely considerate and attentive throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dr. Om Prakash, who was always kind, patient and thoughtful. He consistently took our situation into careful consideration, listened openly to feedback, and made adjustments with genuine concern. In fact, all the doctors were equally compassionate and regularly checked in to ensure everything was progressing well.
The therapists were wonderful—skilled, gentle and sincere in their work. Each therapy session was carried out with care and dedication, making the entire treatment process comfortable.
Thank you all for making our stay so positive and memorable. We will always carry this experience with gratitude.

A good rest and lovely people in a beautiful environment. I felt taken care of, well take care of. Sumathi the housekeeper was fabulous - always helpful and always positive. The person who worked on her days off & was equally gracious.
Sandhya was great and as a body characteristic, she was sensitive and caring and knowledgeable. It feels comfortable in her care. Lakshmi is a master at what she does; she is sensitive and knows exactly what each patient needs, and is ready to help whenever they can.
The medical team is knowledgeable and interesting to talk to and get into discussion. Dr Ramkumar is great. Dr Prameela was quite attentive, caring and always gives time .When needed for clarification she provided – helpful, structural information was there in her presentation as well.
I enjoyed the diverse ceremony, talks and other activities the option to engage or stay in one healing sound was much appreciated by me.
I wish you much success in your journey. I will return to learn and feel more.

It’s hard to sum up our experience here in a paragraph. To be held in such care, divinity with incredible therapists and to give all your trust to our amazing doctors was such a gift and something I will never forget, Sitting peacefully surrounded by Nature, away from the crazy world, was so grounding.
Every single person, from laundry to doctors and all who make this Deva Loka what it is, was all heart. Simple people will make you feel good and support your feeling is what I learnt.
Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to Vaidyagrama. I knew from the day I walked in then that I would not be bad again. I am so grateful to all the people of Vaidyagrama from the doctors, the therapists, cooks, staff for the incredible care and attention I have received.
Dr Vinod, Dr Sajna were always there to calm me down when my symptom flared. The entire team of therapists are so wonderful & are so attentive. It's quiet an experience to be taken care of like that. There is a beautiful peaceful energy in Vaidyagrama. That is hard to describe and I will miss it. Thank you so much for being a part of my healing journey.
I will definitely be back.

I’m deeply grateful to all here for the deep well of love – coming from the heart and the open positivity. I felt listened to & noticed that so many people just wanted me to be happy.
This time I felt especially supported by Nature – the peacocks walking by my room, the amazing birds and the concerts they provided every day, the golden light at 4:30 that created such a peaceful shimmer. There was a thread, a vibration of silence running through it all… so that the day & night merged into the same heartbeat.
I hope I can carry this energy & share that silent, full vibration with all I meet.
Deep gratitude,

Dearest VG,
There are many reasons why I come each year, but if I start writing it all down, it’ll take forever, so let me just share what touches me the most about VG.
The love and sincerity with which every single person works here. That is so special. The kindness and love in my therapists’ hands, their thoughtfulness, their watchfulness of my every need during treatment… the housekeeping staff, the IT guys, reception, maintenance — you name it. And of course, all amazing doctors :)
There are many Ayurveda places in India, but this is heart intact. It’s love and you can see it — in every interaction, in the gorgeous landscape, in the whole place. This isn’t a commercial energy at all, but about genuine healing and care.
May you live long, VG!
Affectionately,

Dear Vaidyagrama family,
My first ever experience filled my heart with so much gratitude & love with each one of you. From caring doc like Sreeji & Mojin to therapists Bindu, Bala, Aparna, their dedication and care have really made my stay most memorable. Their everyday voice “Excuse me Susmita ji” will remind me of all the laughter we shared.
Although I didn’t spend a lot of time here, but in such a short time, they reminded me once again that most of the healing happens where you are happy and closest to Nature. Rotation doctors were all so humble and caring too. Not to forget housekeeping staff, laundry staff, orientation guide Sooraj ji – all so soft spoken and humble.
All the activities in Mandapam and daily pooja, how will I forget Ramkumar ji, Ramdas ji and team – you pulled off something which only we can think of to make this earth a better place. I must also tell you that Vaidyagrama gave me the opportunity to finish two books as well. Going with my heart full and desire to come back with more family soon.
Lots of wishes for your other ventures. Hope to see you all soon.

Spirit × Mind × Body
The correct BALANCE is the key!...in which your consciousness and awareness are awakened. Vaidyagrama is just that; a place where all live in harmony with respect for all and inclusiveness with all.
There are a few “mottos” that inspired me: living in harmony with all the animals — stating that “we” are the ones who have come to settle in their habitat — and with respect + gratitude the prayers and attitude with which the development is planned is commendable.
My sincere wish to Vaidyagrama to continue on this “mahan” path, the “VG” family successfully build the pure healing village that is envisioned.
With the blessings of the Divine, this will be a reality more than soon.
Pranams 🙏
#Spirit ~ talks, lectures on Ayurvedic knowledge
Mind ~ prayers, mantra chanting, poojas, festival celebrations, cooking classes, garden walks, Bhajan sessions, dance & togetherness
Mind ~ sitting in silence, focus
Body ~ invigorated, listen to the birds, Prana so pure!
Treatments advised by such caring doctors with such personal attention. The therapists all so kind and warm and understanding to our needs.
Allowing Mother Nature to rejuvenate our lives through AYURVEDA!
It was a wonderful month! passed in no time, feel rejuvenated!

To all Vaidyagrama staff,
There are no words to express our gratitude for this experience. More than our healing experience, we are grateful for this Vision of having this amazing place for the help of people, animals, environment – to be the light for so many people searching for well-being.
Thanks for bringing the teachings and practices of Ayurveda in a pure and authentic way.
Thank you for all the loving care and guidance, for all the support in difficult moments.
Thanks for being a harmonious team with positive and humble service, that makes a big difference in our healing process.
Now we feel that we are part of this beautiful family.
Sad to leave, but maybe for a short time because certainly we would love to be back.
May God bless this place and all the members to continue the amazing work.
Om Shanti

#Finally, there is a place where Ayurveda lives! Vaidyagrama!!!
The details – authenticity – in every way, from the staff, therapists, doctors, it has been a wonderful experience. Nature allowed to live in peace, not much interference from the gardeners – where would one find a place like this in today’s world?
Magical how it has all come together. Thank you Vaidyagrama for these wonderful

Everything here felt just right. Treatments were gentle, food was simple. The only thing I would change is my length of stay. I look forward to being able to stay one whole moon cycle, maybe next year.
The 10 days I received were fantastic. I felt at home & I relished every moment. I feel that being here was answering a Divine call for me to experience a deeper awareness of my body, subtle body and divine purpose of this life.
Filled with warm gratitude & tears of joy & Devotion,
Thank You, Dr Ramadas!

Thank you Vaidyagrama for the rest and restoration found here. You have been a safe and welcoming respite after an exciting and intense introduction to India.
The doctors, staff and therapists all provided warmth, sincere smiles and a genuine interest in my well-being. I am grateful for the care and protocol provided by Dr Ramanandan and Dr Rose, who both proved to be true listeners with great patience to match their knowledge and experience. I was heard and my needs well-incorporated into the treatment process and into how my time at Vaidyagrama was managed.
My therapists Shyni – who always had smiles, noticed how I was during treatments and seemed truly happy in their work, I say thank you and want you to know how much you are appreciated.
To those who tend the farm, the animals, the grounds and the residences – thank you for all you bring to each meal, each day’s journey and each night’s rest.
And to those who keep the wheels turning, the accounts on track and the health of Vaidyagrama intact and available – your work is acknowledged and appreciated.
I enjoyed the satsangs, meditations, poojas and daily prayers.
I will miss the nurturing environment, human connection, service and look forward to another opportunity to experience it again.
With gratitude and appreciation,

I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to the entire team of Vaidyagrama, for the exceptional care and healing I received during my treatment. But true care that is clearly rooted in knowledge tradition and compassion. What stood out most was the holistic approach that treated not only the condition but me as a whole. These 26 days here has been transformative for me at a physical, mental and spiritual level. For this I am truly grateful.
Thank you for the care, patients and commitment to healing. Thank you

Thanks, whole team of Vaidyagrama.
I feel gratitude from the depth of my heart for this Vaidyagrama.
From my pickup from the airport to these 16 days here have given me time to spend with my own self and enjoy the pampering of all the doctors and therapists and kitchen team.
Dr. Kavya held my hand to let me start my journey smoothly to heal my issues.
Dr. Ramadas is a gem to discuss and get solutions to my problems.
Dr. Prameela and Dr. Anjana had a smile while listening to my complaints too. Dr. Anjana’s smile is so so much joy to see. My therapists Addaiva, Sandhya treat me to their best. They are both full of energy and focussed on treatment. Addaiva is growing to be very good massage therapist as I noticed her work on me. Sandhya has knowledge and experience. Lakshmi also I need to mention is a very senior therapist and it’s shown in her work also. This was my first visit and I already felt at home with all facilities and admin team is excellent too.

I came to Vaidyagrama without any pre-conceived notions about treatments. I did not have a target in my mind other than cleansing my body at 50. It has been an amazing experience because it…
- Helped me slow down (mental relief)
- Helped my body (physical fitness and massage)
- Helped my body internally
- Helped me in building New Life practices
- Helped me lift spiritually
- Helped me in expanding my Vision
- Helped me make new friends
- Helped me in understanding alternative medicine better
- Helped me relax completely

- There should be mosquito repellents kept in the treatment rooms so that the patients are not bitten.
- Some “Silence Please” signs can be displayed outside the room or people told verbally not to make noise or talk softly since at Vaidyagrama — it is a healing place and silence is important. There were many patients and some staff talking loudly outside my room at night which disturbed me.
- I loved the prayer in the morning and evening but just wished that there would be some prayers to be read along the chants. Yes, they were given as QR code to scan, but due to lack of network it was hard to access it and download.

Thank you Vaidyagrama for these wonderful
rejuvenating 14 days.

Dear Ayurveda Family & Community,
This is my 3rd time in Vaidyagrama for Panchakarma treatment and I’m leaving filled with love and gratitude.
The treatments, prayers, poojas, Satsangs, Nature are nourishment for mind, body and spiritual growth.
Everyone here did an excellent job and always with a smile on their faces, which also contributes to the healing process.
Special thanks to Dr. Ramadas and his team. Vaidyagrama is a divine place.
Thank you so much!

There is no greater gift in this world than the gift of health, vitality and well-being. It is the foundation upon which we can enjoy all the other aspects of our lives, including our home, our loved ones, and the beauty around us. The treatment programs and healing processes at Vaidyagrama offer the best holistic care available. I know of no other place where one can arrive with illness in the body and be restored to wholeness and vitality.
The time-honoured ancient tradition of Ayurveda is practised here at Vaidyagrama by highly skilled and impeccably trained professionals, all of whom are dedicated to the healing process. During my treatment, I felt that all my concerns were heard, addressed, and taken care of. I felt as though I was always being cared for as a precious soul, here for a short time, to be nurtured back to health.
It is with prayers and blessings of the Divine that I hope to return to Vaidyagrama and once again, bask in its nurturing healing in the future.

Vaidyagrama is a place of deep kindness. I came with little knowledge and experience of I have learned a lot from Ayurveda. Dr Ramanandan and Dr Rose went out of their way to make things easier for me when I had difficulties with the heat and was not able to sleep.
Unfortunately, my stay here has not made my insomnia better, but I will try to be faithful with the medicines and advice at home so that it will continue to improve.
All the therapists and staff are exceptionally kind and gentle. You can really feel their hearts in their hands. Thank you for your gifts.

I was pleasantly surprised, and my stay at Vaidyagrama exceeded my expectations. I thought I would only accompany my friend, who was very keen to spend time at Vaidyagrama. I only stayed for a few days, but leaving rejuvenated.
The doctors and staff were phenomenal. Dr Sajna and Dr Ramadas were excellent.
The therapists were fantastic, and every treatment was so helpful.
I will come back. I also enjoyed the prayer, satsangs, and came back home full of energy. Dr RamKumar was amazing to listen to. I wish more Indians leveraged Ayurveda!
Thank you to my favourite therapist, Shobha! And Athira is very hardworking!

I had a really good stay at Vaidyagrama. The staff, Doctors, therapists and workers here all very attentive and helpful. The treatments were beneficial. I cannot say that everything was miraculously cured, but the most important thing that I have learnt to lead a moderate, balanced life through a dinacharya. I will follow Vaidyagrama practices once I go back home. I will come back to Vaidyagrama.
Many thanks to Dr. Ramanandan, Dr. Prameela, Dr. Anjana for theirs dedicated services. Also Dr. Suruchi.
The therapists, Lakshmi amma, Sandhya, Adhaiva, and Jyothika were exceptional. So also, Sumathi, Biju and Renjith.

For me my time in Vaidyagrama has been as if I have been cuddled as a baby, secure and well looked after by everyone. Everyone is so kind-hearted, smiling, doing their very best and very good at their work.
This place is like a sanctuary where you can surrender yourself completely and start trusting and holding yourself, surrendering with your own vulnerability to everything — your body, mind and heart.
It is a shelter, a healing shelter and full care again. I love you all.

Vaidyagrama felt like I had revisited my childhood.
Being a Malayalee from North Malabar, when we went home for holidays to my grandparents’ home, we would swim in the kulam/ pond, all drenched in oil that my mother would have massaged over us. Come back and have a good bath with cherupayar podi/ green gram powder.
That was 50 years ago. I have not really lived in Kerala but wandered all over India. The massages done by the therapists have made me feel so pampered. All of them, especially
Kavitha, Darshana and Prema have hands that glide so smoothly over one’s body. I almost went to sleep! Having a hot water bucket bath was so refreshing, like bucket baths then.
Dr Kavya, gentle and caring, was indeed a good person to have to talk to for anything one needed.
Dr Ramadas, full of life, with just a touch of the pulse, prescribed my treatment. He brings so much positive energy when he recites the prayers in the morning and evening.
Dr Renjisha was also very communicative and gave good tips for health.
Met some very interesting people at Vaidyagrama. I got friends from Japan, Slovakia, Ukraine, Turkey and India. Good to know about other cultures.
The group lunches brought a lot of vigour – and even with an African song, one danced to the beat! I did like mingling with so many new faces.
The eco-friendly landscape of this Ayurvedic village is immensely calming.
As Ayurveda believes in the five Elements of space, water, air, fire and earth, the treatment also made us realise that every one of these Elements are within us.
Everything from the wholesome food to all those gardeners, cleaners, water fillers — they work with worship, which is so wonderful to see in today’s world filled with consumerism.
And finally, I like Vaidyagrama’s garbage-free way of life — no plastics or minimal waste.
I just returned from the orientation drive with Mr. Sanjeev; he took us to see the cows and told us about the different varieties of cows also.
We also planted a tree — a papaya tree. He gave us many interesting details about the buildings, its construction with home-baked sun-baked bricks, and the idea of working for the collective good of people in the neighbouring villages. Setting up Balagrama and feeding impoverished people makes Vaidyagrama a holistic way of life. May you flourish for years to come.

I will be back! After years and years of chronic and cumulative stress, my body was stuck, my motivation was low, and I had tried everything to improve. Nothing made a huge difference until I came to Vaidyagrama.
Thank you for your kindness, skill and compassion, and for helping me heal! I have never experienced this level of patient care and concern from all the staff. My healing has begun - Thanks to all of you!
Dr. Vinod, Dr. Anjana, Dr. Suruchi, Dr. Aruna and Dr. Prameela – I feel I have theirs help and friendship when I leave here.
My therapists were incredibly sensitive and caring. I am so very grateful to all of you beautiful beings – Lakshmi, Remya, Shoba, Jyotika, Athira and Prema. ❤️ And my housekeeper Jagadeeswari always made sure I had everything I needed & the
laundry team too! The tour of the grounds was fantastic! The reception staff, the Yoga Nidra, Satsangs… all of it. There really aren’t words to describe Vaidyagrama.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can’t wait to see all of you again soon.

I found Ayurveda six years ago. Instantly, it clicked and made sense to me, and I’ve been on the path since.
I’ve been thinking of doing a Panchakarma for a little over a year, so when the opportunity arrived to go on a trip with my teacher Kate O’Donnell, I jumped.
It’s difficult to put into words what my time here at Vaidyagrama has meant to me. It’s more of a feeling. Everyone here welcomed me as I was and provided a profound spiritual healing environment that I will never forget.
I feel more at home in my body than I ever have.
I’m leaving with a deep respect for Ayurveda and the hundreds of years it’s been in practice.
Saying thank you doesn’t feel sufficient.
Deep bows to the doctors, therapists, kitchen, housekeeping, security — everyone at Vaidyagrama.
Until next time. ❤️

It was a fabulous experience at Panchakarma, and I would love to return. The staff, doctors, therapists and receptionists were outstanding, as were the surroundings. I deeply appreciated the kindness of the people, the care provided, and the authenticity of the place and its medicines. I felt supported in every way.
There was one incident that made me emotional, but it was taken care of and resolved. We were all on a path of learning and growing. The doctors are very professional and kind. It all helped me release emotions and learn a great deal. The therapists are pure angels — one love!
I truly appreciated this feeling of food being pure medicine. The Satsangs were brilliant. I am grateful to discover that such a place exists — a true healing space, a home with a family vibe. Thank you, everyone, for creating it for all of us, for the planet, and for humanity. Stay blessed always.
Until next time, by God’s grace…

We came here with very little knowledge of Ayurveda, so we had no idea what to expect. There are very few places in this world that truly have healing energy, and we felt from the very first moment we arrived that this place is one of them. The entire surroundings radiate pure healing — the birds, the trees, and the energy of every person you meet here.
The whole team is wonderful, and we felt so welcome. They took so much time to be present and to fulfil our needs. We truly enjoyed the morning prayers, which were a completely new experience for us. We will take a lot back home with us. Thank you also for the super interesting Satsangs, with different and engaging topics every day.
We came without big expectations and left with a clear mind, a full heart, a healthy and nourished body, and deep gratitude. Thank you as well for the amazing food and medicines, which have been an important part of this healing journey. Thanks to all of you.

My Ayurveda curiosity generated an energy worth further investigation, which granted me an invitation here. Vaidyagrama has been such a safe place for my physical, emotional and spiritual body to land.
I quickly learned the limitations of my mind that inhibited my transformational growth. Through the support of every single caring and compassionate team member present, I’ve surrendered the ego to make vital space for my healing journey. This evolution I embrace with a full heart, grateful spirit and vibrant abundance. Here’s to the people, peacocks and pujas with sacred cows!!!

Today became an amazing birthday for me, which was made special by you for Shivaratri and in the evening with a surprise to receive birthday cake!!! And flowers from “Team Miyuki”.
I have no words to express my thanks enough to you, Dr Ramdas, who took care of me despite of such busy schedule. I would like to learn more about Ayurveda and spirit of humanity. Dr Renjisha who stayed strong so that I would follow the system strictly and praise care about me. Dr Kavya who was helping me even my late arrival and doubt about the strategy of my life.
To Manju ji who always cared me with health and more smile. Arunima & Kesiya. You cared for me from early morning to late at night. The service here and the food and medicine provided in our room was so precious. Therapists Kavitha, Bala, Darshana who treated me with love while the main staff was away. Thanks to you, I feel very well taken care. And the house keeping person, I forgot to ask your name. I felt I am safe here, thanks to you.
After being here for 3 weeks I feel so at home. The background music in the treatment room, which I hated at the beginning became less stress to me because I learned to not to find problem outside - That was the biggest lesson.
And my body became light and flexible! I am very happy about the outcome totally. I hope to continue this step of life as much as possible in Japan and hope to be back here within a year. Thank you very much!
With love,
PS: By receiving therapy here, we felt so happy being back to when I was a baby. Such love and peace from all of you.

I’m surprised that my body needed this much rest, and I didn’t even know it. I have just slept in all my free time. It’s also probably because the energy of Vaidyagrama feels so safe. Everyone is loving and kind. There is no judgment. Surprisingly I haven’t had any food cravings. The doctors are so caring, with a childlike enthusiasm that is inspiring. The karaoke and bhajans are beautiful.
Vaidyagrama is a very healthy and beautiful environment that encourages one to live slowly and beautifully in a world that always asks you to rush. You can just be & you don’t just keep doing.
Thank you to all those who have created this safe space.

What a wonderful place! Everybody here is so kind and friendly. Dr. Ramadas’ teachings were so helpful. He truly walks the path of selflessness. His heart is huge. Dr. Rose is the sweetest and kindest doctor—nothing is too much for her. Shyni and Greeshma are fabulous therapists. They always took great care of me, and when things didn’t quite go according to plan, they, together with Dr. Rose and Dr. Ramadas, did their very best to make it right. Amar, Sanu, and Sam did a wonderful job delivering the food, and Manju and Sooraj worked hard to make my stay here flawless as well.
I really enjoyed the food, the prayers, and the Satsangs. I leave feeling grateful and much, much
better. Thank you to you all. Oh, and Dr. Li’s Yoga Nidra sessions are a must!

I came in with trepidation and am leaving rejuvenated. I am here as a companion for my wife who is addressing some chronic health issue. Before coming here, I was worried that we are going to go through a difficult treatment, not enough food and I will spend my time encouraging my wife to keep going.
I found the rooms quite spacious, and I like the food and had the same meals as my wife. Both of us are energised by the number of things to do from the morning prayers, the Satsangs, the Wednesday lunch.
The treatment has not been always easy for my wife on the Basti days, but otherwise we know this is what we signed up for. What we didn’t sign up for are the sense of peace we get from the environment at Vaidyagrama.
The greenery all around is very refreshing and I am happy to walk around looking at Nature, the flowers and keeping an eye out for the birds. We have been lucky to see some birds we haven’t seen before. All this is possible due to the amazing hospitality, compassion, care and patience shown by the entire team from the cleaners, the therapists, our doctor Dr. Anjana and the medical director Dr. Harikumar. The other Medical Directors Dr. Om and Dr. Ramadas also set a great atmosphere by their cheerfulness and presence at the morning prayer.
I am leaving in 2 days but am already waiting to come here again to experience peace in this amazing environment.

This is my first visit to Vaidyagrama, and I just booked it as my friend highly recommended it. I wasn’t sure what to expect or how the program works. To be honest, I just booked it for 7 days.
I am really impressed by the doctors’ (Dr. Ardent, Dr. Anupama & Dr. Harikumar) wealth of knowledge, patience and professionalism shown towards me during my treatment period.
I also want to thank all the support staff who are so genuine and always smile & help whenever I need anything, either information or awareness about treatment.
I am looking forward to coming back for future treatment.
Thank you.

- Did not like cockroaches in the room.
- Let patients know their schedule to have treatment and meet doctors early in day so, patients and staff/doctors do not try to find patients or miss them.
- Some therapists are stronger and more skilled than others. Perhaps have skilled therapists mentor others in technique and procedures.
- Chairs/seating in rooms and Mandapam areas are uncomfortable on the backs.
- Barking dogs and pans clanking are disturbing.
- Let patients know they are entering a ‘Hindu’ oriented space with Hindu idols and pictures of Hindu gods. If there is only one God, then this healing place could have pictures of Buddha, Jesus, etc. and a chapel with other beliefs represented instead of solely Hindu.
- Have cups with handles because water is hot—too hot to handle in 1 glass of steel.
- Beds are hard and uncomfortable.
- Food did not inspire my appetite.
- Ask speakers to put their information on a slide presentation because their information is very valuable but lost when the audience cannot understand their thick accent.
- Get to know your neighbours in the surrounding community so that you are never surprised when they start digging a well at 8:00 am and create such noise and dust that patients cannot breathe or sleep. Perhaps do some simple outreach to explain to surrounding property owners that you need time to prepare for noise and dust.
- Do an outside tour before the last day, because last day becomes too hectic and the tour of the expanse of the property can be squeezed off the schedule.
- Tell patients to bring their own pillow because these are hard on necks.
- Offer toilet paper more easily, especially with day after day of Basti.
- Recharge music daily… Many days we are told ‘music is not changed.’
- Care for ‘the store’ and library—they are both messy & disorganised.
- Need warm/hot water for a shower
- Need filtered water, as it is too hard with minerals… that ruins our hair!
- Kitchen chairs are very heavy and make an annoying screech… maybe put felt pads
on their legs.
In conclusion, I appreciated the great care given by Dr. Vinod and his team. Thank you to all the hardworking nurses.
Nice curtains!
Shoba is the best, like a professional.
Loved the birds.
Thank you all for loving hands and care and it seems like a great miracle to have my
GERD/reflux healed!
Thanks to a wonderful cleaning staff too! Jagadeeswari, especially.
Praise to Dr. Anjana for her patience, expertise and her dimpled smile!
To Shoba, Lakshmi, Athira, Rahita, Ramya and all other therapists whose names I could not learn: Thank you all for your loving hands and care.
And Dr. Vinod is my hero! So personable and acknowledges both ancient and contemporary.
Loved the Peacocks!
Shoba is the shining example of how to do whatever it is you do… Skilled, accomplished, confident, strong, professional! Dr. Aruna, Dr. Prameela, Dr. Anjana for stepping in, wish we could have talked more. And thanks for the women doctors!

We will keep a memorable “souvenir” of our stay in VG. This has been a unique opportunity to reflect on a new way of taking care of our health. We came to be treated with the idea that we would be rested after 3 weeks. We leave with a whole program ahead of us to guide our life serenely and joyfully.
We feel like we were welcomed into a family, the VG family. We appreciated the quality of the doctors, the attention of all the staff, the quality of the food, and our accommodation. The prayers twice a day, the pujas, the satsangs – everything contributes to allowing us to follow this path of inner reflection.
We want to encourage you to take care of your environment as you do continue to take care of the therapists. They must be your best ambassadors. We wish they can develop as skilled professionals!
All the best for all of you.
With love,

A beautiful sanctuary, an oasis of stillness that removes you from your habitual surroundings and lessens the patterns that underlie your imbalance. A gentle invitation into self-observation and conscious awareness, supported by healing treatments and by deeply dedicated, caring, and loving staff. Vaidyagrama is a place where you heal from your true self. Where healing unfolds as you are gently freed from the conditioned self that has brought about your imbalance.
With deep gratitude,
Warmly,

My heart is filled with gratitude for my first Panchakarma here in Vaidyagrama. This journey stirs and transforms deeply, yet is always in service of something sacred—our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I feel profoundly blessed to have experienced your healing care and the spirit of this extraordinary place.
My body, my prana, my mind, and surely the deeper layers of my being—the Vijnanamaya and Anandamaya Koshas—have been gently nourished and uplifted by the beautiful Vision that Vaidyagrama embodies. Thank you to all of you—therapists, doctors, caring hands behind the scenes, and everyone who contributes to this sacred space.
There is a rare and precious harmony here—between human-beings and Nature, between temples and satsangs, between architecture and silence, and between healing and heartfelt
encounters.
With deep gratitude and love,

Special thanks to Dr. Ramadas, Dr. Sreeji and the therapists. It was a valuable experience, and I’m grateful for the work you do!
A thousand thanks to the Marvelous therapists Beena, Prajisha and Hema.

An oasis where to find balance in the arms of Vaidyagrama. The body heals itself, the mind stops moving, the heart opens to welcome peace and light. Neither enclosed inside nor outside. In this new space, I received all the blessings of the Lord Dhanwantari.
Thank you all

Arriving here feels like a cure or detoxification for the mind and health, bringing light to human diversity. It is the deep spirit of India that comes to enchant us. By taking great care of our human complexity, it heals the body, which in turn calms the simple mind. Ayurveda here is fully alive and meaningful.
Vaidyagrama is an open place of encounter. Body, heart and spirit come together in simplicity. It is a space where health, wisdom and love reign. A place to discover a multitude of intelligence, character and depth of soul. A beginning for the heritage of the future.
We thank you sincerely. Perhaps we may not meet again soon. But this is a place I experienced deeply with my heart. An experience that helps one integrate into the world with greater humanity. Thank you for keeping this heritage alive. After one journey comes another, deeper self. So thank you for continuing to grow and flourish.

The therapists, doctors, staff, and everyone is incredible, so kind and heartfelt. I love Vaidyagrama and leave with much appreciation for your Vision here, plus gratitude for all the care I’ve received.
Here are a few ideas --
1. Updating the sweet Vaidyagrama booklet (the little book in our rooms). This booklet is helpful, and the explanations are great. It needs to be brought up to date since things have grown.
2. A covered walking area outside of the existing pathways, that allows patients to walk on the earth/dirt. Barefoot walking directly on the ground is something some people long for.
3. Signs about local birds, like how there are signs about garden plants and herbs.
Important for trips/tours
4. At the end of panchakarma if Vaidyagrama is involved in supporting a trip (like to a temple) for patients:
Logistics are key for the trip’s success and the patients’ health. Plan enough time for the tour and create correct expectations around time, i.e. departing from Vaidyagrama and returning to Vaidyagrama. So that patients bring enough water—if needed, bring a snack—if your tour will not be back by lunch. Plan enough bathroom stops. See fewer sites. Have all members of the tour meet at the same departure place (like Vaidyagrama) or meet at the destination (like the tour site) to minimise time in vehicles, traffic — these logistical considerations are important for supporting the process of panchakarma.
Thank you to all!

I’m grateful to all the staff of Vaidyagrama! A sense of thoughtfulness, peace and happiness. Thanks to Beena, Anju and Prajisha for their attention and magical hands!
To Biju for his care, elegance and smile every day. Also, to the doctors who taught me so much about Ayurveda and life. Thanks to all the young men and women for their smiles and hospitality, and to the men and women in the garden and kitchen.
This community, Vaidyagrama, is a future for me. Excuse my bad English, and thanks a lot for your understanding.
Much love,

This is my fourth visit here with a group. And I feel how much I am part of the Vaidyagrama family. Patients from my group, who are here for the second or third time, feel that also. Here we learn how love can touch us deeply and expand around us. Here I learn a new way to love and feel how much my heart is becoming more open and ready to welcome others. I am happy about this beautiful journey.
To all the doctors, practitioners, housekeepers, staff, cooks, etc. - You have all of my gratitude for making and maintaining this planet healthy.
To be continued next year!

Three weeks at Vaidyagrama have flown by. I return tomorrow a calmer and more peaceful person than when I came here. I return with a resolution to continue many of the routines that will help me lead a healthy and contented life. I return with great memories of greenery, chirping of birds, and beautiful flowers. I return with love from newly-formed friendships that I believe will be strong because of the environment in which it was nurtured. I return with gratitude for all the wonderful staff at Vaidyagrama who showed true compassion and care for me.
A special shout out for my therapists—Lakshmi, Shobha and Athira. Lakshmi has magic in her fingers and is fully dedicated to her profession. Athira is diligent and full of life. Her smile and laughter make me happy and make me forget my pain. Shobha—serene and gentle, puts her heart in the treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
A big thanks to Dr. Anjana. She showed caring and compassion during my Basti by regularly visiting and checking on me. I felt safe in her care for the past 3 weeks. My heartfelt gratitude to Dr Harikumar, who has treated me for 21 days and has started my journey of recovery.
Last but not least, I am a changed person because of Dr. Liyakat who gently showed me the direction I need to take in my life ahead. I will never forget the concepts of ‘Bhava’ and ‘Rasa’ that I believe will guide me in the years to come.
Vaidyagrama for me is not a hospital or Ayurveda resort, it is truly a healing centre—spiritually and physically. I will surely return next year to enjoy this unique environment.
Thank you!

I’m happy to have lived these two weeks here. It changed my daily rhythm; it moved a lot inside, and I found many positive things here. Taking time and having time allows you to find your Self within yourself.
People here are so nice! I’m grateful. This stay is in continuity with my apprenticeship in Ayurveda and the means to repair and maintain health. I hope I can come back one day.

First time and not the last! I love your community lifestyle! All the staff are lovely! It’s just a shame that there was a lot of agitation around my room, with the noise of the construction work, the passage of the staff, and barking dogs. The food was good, but most days it was lukewarm or even cold. These were details that did not prevent me from having a very pleasant stay.
It was a beautiful experience, even if it was difficult (like the Vamana treatment). I took it lightly and laughed!! I’m not the same person, and am with better energy and a better mind. I’m grateful to you for all your love and healing that you gave me.
Thank you so much!! Vaidyagrama is in my heart! See you soon in a few years.

Hello! Happy healing here!
I have had the most healing experience I have had in many years. And it is just the beginning! The service here was great, very attentive and sincere staff. The food was healing, although I missed chicken and tea. The only things that need improvement are the construction noise and the logistics of ensuring that whiteboard updates and herbs are provided on time. But the people here are true healers. The doctors are professional, and the support staff are trying their best. This is a work-in-progress, improving each day — just like our personal healing.

I leave VG with a deep sense of gratitude. This was my first visit, and while I thought the focus would be on my physical health, I got much more – A reconnection to childhood, spirituality, a new meditation practice, and mental clarity, which helped me release years of trauma.
Thank you to all the staff, from the lovely front desk staff to the Patient Relations team, to the housekeepers, to the maintenance staff, to the house cleaning staff, to the cooks, the extraordinary therapists and the wonderful/knowledgeable doctors, who all helped to make this a healing journey of 21 days.
All the best to each of you!
