Vaidyagrama – an unforgettable experience – a challenge – physically, emotionally & mentally, a journey that leads into the soul, and a place to come to begin the healing process, and what a wonderful place you have created for this purpose.
A MASSIVE thank you to Dr.Harikrishnan and Dr.Om Prakash for trying their best to heal ME; even when I have been with doubts, with emotions and fear. You both are doing an amazing service to humanity for bringing the wisdom of Ayurveda and its benefits to us all – I am truly grateful.
HUGE thanks to all the brilliant therapists, for their healing magical hands, their kind words, their sympathetic smiles and support and great talks – Maya, Sameena, Sajitha – you are wonderful women and I wish you all the very best in your lives and future.
A very SPECIAL thank you to Sasikala – your humor, warmth, support, understanding and kindness has moved me deeply and made my stay here truly full of love – thank you and God bless you.
I wish vaidyagrama and its amazing vision the very best of luck – I hope all the wonderful and charitable dreams become abundant realities for yourselves and the community.
With love, light and grace

Vaidyagrama community –
So little time, so much to learn! Thank you for welcoming me here as a student to this wonderful science of Ayurveda.
The classes, satsang, community dinners, prayers, talks & general attitude of those here have made Ayurveda come to life for me. Though many aspects of Ayurveda are so difficult to maintain in today’s transactional world, it is beautiful to think that a community is growing here in vaidyagrama whereby these vedic principles can actually be a way of life. Thank you Dr.Ramadas for your teaching, both in the classroom & outside.
Thank you Dr.Ramkumar for your vision & stories. And to both of you as well as the other doctors – thank you for your kindness & patience with my constant questions, doubts, and persistently asking “why”. Am looking forward to seeing this community grow and bring more peace / health as it has done for all those in this book.
Until we meet again!

Thanks to Dr.Om Prakash for his never ending attention to every detail, his yoga nidra, garden walks and cooking classes, and his warm and friendly smile.
Dr.Harikrishnan for listening to my every question and concern, and kind attention to the treatment I received here. A true doctor of Ayurveda. Thank you.
Dr.Ramadas and Dr.Ramkumar for their efforts to answer all the questions in satsang and morning and evening pujas.
And a huge thanks and praise to my therapists and brothers Santhosh, Vijay, Madhu, Tony and not forgetting Abhi for their amazing massages and conversations.
May there be light, love, truth, understanding, acceptance, awareness, compassion, trust, peace and happiness. Thanks and praises to all that participate in the day to day life of vaidyagrama. May all beings be happy.

To all the staff and doctors at vaidyagrama, a heartfelt thanks for your kind hospitality; it definitely has been an unforgettable experience.
A real awakening physically, emotionally and spiritually which I feel after 22 days has only just begun.
Thank you for giving me the time to become more aware of myself both physically and spiritually in your quiet abode, the perfect place to unwind after months of chaotic city living. It took time to slow dow to the pace here, and now I intend to maintain the shanti living. I must say that I am looking forward to some cooler climates as the heat this time of the year leading up to the monsoons has been extreme, with very restless nights. As I write this, it seems like the Gods are listening as a huge thunderstorm rolls in with a fresh breeze to cool my last night here and to water the new tree I have just planted. May it and vaidyagrama grow abundantly strong.

Dear vaidyagrama family
Please accept my best wishes and the blessings of Sri Krishna
Thank you very much for taking care of us so nicely. I heard so much about vaidyagrama before coming here and naturally in my mind I created an image of this place. But reality far superceded my imagination. The loving care I received here from everyone was indeed a memorable experience.
Due to my extremely busy schedule, it was difficult to take the time to come for such a treatment although many of my well wishing friends have suggested many a time to take this treatment. Now that I have taken it, I can see its immense benefit. So much so that I am eagerly looking forward to come back again and take a rather comprehensive treatment for a longer period of time.
Ever since I came across the vedic wisdom, I became aware of the supremacy of ayurvedic medical science and wanted that it should be properly preserved to the world and propagated extensively. It gives me great joy to see that vaidyagrama family is doing that. It is being recognized by many from around the world and being appreciated for its natural efficacy.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Ramkumar for that. During our first meeting in Durban, South Africa, we had a long discussion on this topic and was extremely impressed by his noble intention. Now that I am seeing the fruits of his endeavor, I am naturally further impressed. Of course, along with him, he has his colleagues and compatriots who also deserve credit for this noble achievement. The treatments I got from Dr.Ramadas and Dr.Harikumar and others left a deep impression not only on my body but in my heart as well; and I look forward to a very intimate and loving relationship with all of them for a long long time.

To all the staff and doctors of vaidyagrama
A big thank you. Each and everyone of you have been very cheerful and made my stay unforgettable and enjoyable. I had a great time in the morning and evening chants by Dr.Harikumar and Dr.Ramadas. Dr.Om Prakash has been fantastic and he has been 24/7. His yoga nidra classes was not easy with the long inhales and exhales. The massage part was all fun and the staff are well trained in their profession as well as in their manners. Hats off to them. Kitchen staff whomever I saw during my walks were very efficient and punctual.
My doctor Harikrishnan was most friendly and easily approachable.
Dr.Ramkumar’s satsangs were one to remember and he kept it very interesting. Food was no problem at all as it was to my taste while atmosphere in vaidyagrama has been most interesting and different experience. I thoroughly had a nice time and look forward to coming here in the future.
Big thanks again for making Vishu a memorable one.

Dear vaidyagrama family
First of all I would like to thank all the doctors and staff for the wonderful treatment they give here. Everyone is so cheerful and friendly and helpful that we forget we are away from home.
I had my own misgivings when I decided to come here. But I am very much happy and contented. Initially it took about a week for me to get accustomed to the salt-free food. Now I don’t feel any dislike for the food. Although I was told that I could add salt, I didn’t want to do that. I am ok as it is. I really like the kanji & pappadam. I am really amazed that all the doctors & staff are so friendly and always with a smiling face. The therapists also took great pains to ease away our pains. They are all so patient, it’s amazing. Hats off to them.
My only regret is that I was not able to walk about the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the natural surroundings because of my immobility. Anyway I hope and pray that I will be able to do that in my next visit.
Once again thank you all doctors & staff for making my stay comfortable & meaningful.
My 41 days passed off all too soon. I will really miss this atmosphere and all you people. I enjoyed my few satsang meetings and the community dinner. Thanks once again to all of you.
This year “Vishu” was very memorable for me thanks to Dr.Ramadas.

To the vaidyagrama staff
Though our visit was short, we are already looking forward to coming back for a longer duration!
It is amazing how many changes can take place in just a span of a short five days.
Coming to vaidyagrama was such a welcome break and better than any other holiday! The whole place just gives you a sense of inner calm. Waking up to the birds chirping, sitting with everyone in the evenings for satsang & bhajans. You could not ask for much more.
The smiling faces all around, the perceptive doctors and therapists; eating the right foods, waking up and sleeping on time – everything has been put right into perspective; away from the never ending rat race.
Hope to see you all soon! Our best wishes

To all the vaidyagrama community
Many thanks for teaching us so much during our short stay. Everything has been an eye opener, especially the food! In the beginning I was resisting the slow pace, but now as it’s coming time to leave, I realize how beneficial it has been.
I hope others can come here and be cared for as we have been.
Much love and appreciation to you all

To the doctors and staff at vaidyagrama
First of all thank you for the hospitality and care. I did not have any expectations before I came here. I wanted to experience the treatment as it came. Overall it has been satisfying, though I had felt discomfort sleeping throughout the week.
The daily routines and restricted diet at vaidyagrama is a big change from the daily routine I have in real life. Perhaps this is a reminder that we need to slow down a bit and get used to simpler things in life.
Good luck with your work and wish vaidyagrama all success.

I loved every moment being here. I am from a village and the last 7 days was real village life. Getting up with the sun and going to bed when sun sets.
Kudos to the entire team. Things were very prompt. I will definitely come back every year.

It has been quite an experience at vaidyagrama. This is the first time I am ever subjecting myself to Ayurveda and it turned out to be a very good experience. The most important learning for me is the dinacharya that I plan to take home. The vaidyas are so compassionate, friendly and fun to be with. The staff were very courteous, smiling and prompt. All my emergencies were met with utmost sensitivity. It was a home away from my home but more disciplined. The environment here is great with the hills on one side and beautiful farms around. The cottages are awesome and I enjoyed the entire stay.
I leave this place with profound memories, happiness and good feelings. I do plan to come back for Punarnava!
