​Strictly for Indian students, teachers and practitioners
​TAKING A TONGUE SELFIE

Please do the following:
  1. Get your phone ready with the selfie camera on and zoomed to 2 or 3x.
  2. Face a light source such as a bright window or door. 
  3. Open your mouth as best you can. 
  4. Stick your tongue out the best you can.
  5. Touch the screen where the tongue is to focus it. 
  6. Take 3-4 pictures. 
  7. Send me the best among them. 
  8. The tongue picture should be in focus, it should be well-lit, and it should show the entire top surface.
  9. And send it to me as a normal photo, as a document and in HD.
​TAKING A TONGUE PHOTO

Please do the following:
  1. ​Face a bright window. 
  2. ⁠⁠Set up the camera to the highest size/resolution. 
  3. ⁠⁠Hold the camera right in front of them. 
  4. ⁠⁠Make sure their shoulders are horizontal and neck and head vertical. 
  5. ⁠Get the person to open their mouth superwide. 
  6. ⁠⁠Get them to stick their tongue out so that the top surface is fully visible.
  7. ⁠⁠Bring the camera 1-2 feet away and use 2x or 3x zoom to get a trim photo. 
  8. ⁠⁠Take a few photos. 
  9. ⁠⁠Send them on WhatsApp as documents.
