Dr. Sreya Unni is a young Ayurvedic physician who graduated in 2024, carrying forward the timeless healing wisdom of India with enthusiasm, compassion, and clarity. Hailing from the lush and culturally vibrant land of Mannarkkad in Kerala, she grew up surrounded by nature, tradition, and the living heritage of Ayurveda—an environment that deeply shaped her calling toward healing.
With a natural affinity for people and a sincere commitment to wellbeing, Dr. Sreya approaches Ayurveda not merely as a system of medicine, but as a philosophy of life. Her interests span the classical science of healing, the human stories behind illness and recovery, and the subtle art of restoring balance through individualized care. Beyond clinical practice, she nurtures a strong love for literature and public speaking, believing that healing knowledge must be communicated clearly, beautifully, and meaningfully. Through writing, dialogue, and teaching, she seeks to make the principles of Ayurveda accessible and relevant to contemporary life.
