Vaidya Rama undertook his Gurukula Ayurveda training at Coimbatore Ayurveda College in the 1980s. Since the early 1990s, he has been captivated by concepts such as holistic medicine, mind-based healing, Constitution-based life coaching, and non-verbal health assessment. He tutored at Coimbatore Ayurveda College for 3 years. 
Between 1993 and 1996, Rama explored the effective application of fasting and Charyas. Upon relocating to Australia in 1996, he noted the presence of over 1760 indigenous Ayurvedic herbs in the country. He underwent rigorous training in Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Medicine in Australia, which fundamentally transformed his approach to health practice and coaching.
Over the next 25 years, Rama introduced thousands of health professionals to Ayurveda Wellness. During this period, he developed a potent form of Tongue Diagnosis and a transformative Five-Element-Based Constitution Analysis. He also actively contributed to the international community by organising or presenting at over 40 international Ayurveda-Yoga-Health conferences across Australia, New Zealand, and India. Most recently, in January 2023, he commenced a coaching project at Vaidyagrama Ayurveda Healing Village in Coimbatore, and he loves his time with passionate modern Ayurveda doctors.

Dr Damodaran BAMS, MD (Dravya)

​Dr Damodaran is a highly respected authority in Ayurveda, specialising in Dravyaguna Vijnana (Ayurvedic Pharmacology and Materia Medica). His academic foundation was built at the prestigious Coimbatore Ayurveda College, where he graduated in 1988, followed by a Master's degree (MD) from Trivandrum Ayurveda College in 1995. Dr Damodaran dedicated five years to shaping the next generation of practitioners as a lecturer at Coimbatore Ayurveda College. This was succeeded by a significant 25-year service period with the Government of Kerala. Today, he continues his mission of knowledge transmission by coaching and mentoring doctors at the renowned Vaidyagrama Ayurveda Hospital. His deep personal commitment to the field is paralleled by his passions for Sanskrit, Akshara-Shlokam, and the intricate classical depths of Ayurveda, balanced by his enjoyment of cricket.

Dr rajagopal k, bams (cancer specialist)

As Deputy Chief Physician at the esteemed Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre, Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal, Dr Rajagopal K. V. draws upon over 28 years of clinical practice to lead in specialised areas of Ayurvedic care. Holding a BAMS qualification, he has cultivated a particular expertise in Ayurvedic Oncology, focusing on the rigorous classical management of Arbuda (conditions resembling cancer). Dr Rajagopal employs a comprehensive, multi-modal treatment strategy that includes traditional preparatory and cleansing procedures—such as Langhana, Snehana, and Svedana—and deep-acting Panchakarma therapies. Crucially, his protocols incorporate targeted pharmaceutical interventions and potent Rasayana therapies designed to support and enhance the patient's Ojas (vitality and immunity). His commitment to the power of classical Ayurveda is underscored by his presented clinical case studies, including a landmark case of a 2-month-old infant who achieved complete remission from acute monoblastic leukaemia.
