Namaskar! As January 8th dawns, Punarnava quietly steps into its 23rd year of service. This moment invites us not to celebrate loudly, but to pause reverently—to remember, to acknowledge, and to offer gratitude from the deepest space of the heart. This journey has never been ours alone. We bow first to our elders and teachers—our gurus, mentors, and guides—who carried forward a living stream of wisdom long before it reached us. What we practise and share today flows through a lineage shaped by many hands, many minds, and many lifetimes of disciplined inquiry and compassionate service. Whatever steadiness and ethical grounding Punarnava and Vaidyagrama hold is rooted in this paramparā. We remain students within it. To our patients, who entrusted us with their bodies, minds, and lives—you have been our most profound teachers. Through your healing journeys, struggles, and transformations, Ayurveda revealed itself to us again and again as a compassionate intelligence that listens deeply and responds gently. To our colleagues and team members—doctors, therapists, nurses, administrators, cooks, gardeners, housekeeping staff, and every unseen hand—you are the quiet sādhanā of this space. Your daily commitment, humility, and seva have shaped Vaidyagrama into a living healing village rather than merely an institution. To our students and learners, who arrive with sincerity and curiosity—you keep the paramparā alive. In your questions, discipline, and openness, we see continuity with freshness—tradition not preserved in form alone, but renewed in spirit. To our suppliers, artisans, farmers, vendors, and service partners—those who provide medicines, food, materials, skills, and support—thank you for walking this path with integrity and care. Your reliability, craftsmanship, and ethical choices sustain the daily rhythms of healing in ways often unseen, yet deeply felt. To our friends, advisors, supporters, donors, and well-wishers, near and far—your faith, encouragement, guidance, and goodwill have carried us through moments of uncertainty and growth. Many of you have supported us silently and steadily; please know that your presence is deeply felt. We offer special gratitude to the people of Thirumalayampalayam Panchayat, whose land, goodwill, patience, and neighbourly spirit have made Vaidyagrama possible. To the villagers who welcomed us, coexisted with us, worked alongside us, and allowed this healing space to take root—we bow to you with respect and affection. We also consciously extend our gratitude beyond the human world. To the plants that heal, the trees that stand watch, the soil that nourishes, the animals who share this land, the birds that greet each morning, and the unseen microbial life that sustains balance—we recognise you as co-healers in this sacred ecology. To the Pancha Mahābhūtas—earth, water, fire, air, and space—that silently hold every cell, breath, and transformation, we offer our reverence. As we enter this new year and a new phase of our journey, we recommit ourselves to humility, integrity, learning, and service. May Punarnava and Vaidyagrama continue to serve life—not as owners, but as caretakers; not as authorities, but as participants in an unbroken stream of healing knowledge. May our work remain aligned with truth, compassion, and the greater good. With folded hands and grateful hearts, Punarnava Ayurveda Vaidyagrama Ayurveda Healing Village सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः। सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः। सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु। मा कश्चिद् दुःखभाग्भवेत्॥ May all be happy.
